There is no comparison.
In all other motor sports, the number of people "over the wall" to service the car is carefully controlled, mainly for the safety of the crew. Every crew member has a specific job to do, and a reason for being where they are.
In F-1, during a pit stop, EVERYBODY that works for the Team is out standing around the car on pit road.
