Honestly I'm not sure how I feel with this.

Part of me is like okay, fans want more info and depth so give 'em what they want.
The other part of me is like just leave it alone, you had a great, if not one of the all time best trilogys ever made. Be happy with that. You even got The Hobbit. Why you want more?


I just hope it's good.

I agree, sometimes movie/tv show makers want to milk a premise to death, until people aren't interested anymore.
