What is the most difficult thing you've ever had to say to someone?

Words that have a lot to do with ending a friendship or a relationship. These things are never easy to deal with.

For me it's telling family/friends that their loved one has passed away.

Nothing really stands out for me.. I've had difficult times in my life, but I've never said anything THAT bad.
I'll give it some time and If I think about anything worth discussing I'll come back and post it here.
