It has been already 9 months since 2014 arrived. My 2014's resolution was really considered to be awkward by many friends and friendlies. It was to never ever drink any more coke or carbonated water in general. I was an addict since I was young, I felt happy when I drank coke or pepsi almost all the day but when I grew up, I found that it really harmed me. My bones became weaker, got a small fat belly for the first time of my life since I was not so sporty during university days and even my teeth were hurting like never before.

I decided to stop and I thought I would fail but here I am, for the 9th month in sequence without any coke. I feel much better, much energetic and my bones are hell a lot stronger right now.

Trust me, your life would be better without it. Did somebody here try to stop coke or don't drink coke at all?

Not really a coke or soda addict, but I did stop drinking a lot of soda when I left the house to go to college. This is mainly because I didn't want to have to lug a huge bottle or cans of sodas up to my dorm room, and the trend stuck with me. Now, I'll only drink soda every one and a while when I go out to eat, but I never have it in the house; only water or milk.

Don't drink any kind of soft drinks. I drink water or the occasional iced tea. The iced tea has no additives and no sugar. I add a dash of fresh squeezed lemon to my water and/or iced tea.

I used to be hooked on Pepsi. I could drink a couple cans a day, and when I was at work at the bar, I drank carbonated sodas all the time. When I started to pack on weight I had to figure out why and it turned out that it was all the damn pop I drank. I quit drinking the stuff back in '06 and haven't had a single drop of it since.

I drink coffee in the morning (and into the afternoon) and when I'm done with coffee I drink milk, iced tea or water. Mostly milk. Can't seem to get enough of that lately.

Awesomeness. Bet your health even become better, Smooth :)

This video is an experiment someone did to show just what is in soda once you boil off the water. The black sludge you see is the amount of sugar in soda. First time he just did a 20 ounce bottle and then showed what a two liter would look like. If that doesn't get you ditch soda then nothing will.

I haven't drank any cola since I was shown this video and I was a heavy drinker of it before.
