In the world of justice, the plea bargain is where you admit you did wrong. This situation would even prevent a murderer in a very pro-capital punishment area from getting death. Anyway, all this stuff is basically the idea that there is a way out of the worst - if someone will just admit guilt.

I'm lukewarm towards the idea based on the crime. It's always good for people to admit when they did wrong and own up to it.

Not necessarily true. Plea bargaining usually involves the defendant's pleading guilty to a lesser charge, or to only one of several charges. It also may involve a guilty plea as charged, with the prosecution recommending leniency in sentencing. The judge, however, is not bound to follow the prosecution's recommendation.

I don't like it when used in big cases where the guilty need to pay for their crimes.
Agreed. There should be certain crimes where taking a plea deal is prohibited.

It depends on the circumstances. If the prosecuted is not the primal offender of a high-tier crime then it might be a possibility.. but this only might make sense in a serious country not like mine where most people just go to jail without even a proper sentence.
