Did anyone like this movie? Did you think it was Arnold Schwarzenegger's best work?

Personally, it's my favorite film franchise. I really loved the design of the T-800 series and how an AI that went rogue, decided mankind was a threat to it's existence, started a nuclear war, built a machine army, and invented time travel was pretty amazing.

The Terminator franchise is one of the few where the sequel was better than the original. Terminator was really Arnold's breakout role. I know he had other parts before this, but Terminator was significant. T1 was brilliant. T2 one of the greatest action movies of all time, then it went sour. I'd hoped that the newer movies could inject a bit of quality into the latter stages of the franchise but I've been underwhelmed.

I liked that James Cameron came back and teamed up Tim Miller and Arnold Schwarzenegger and made Terminator: Dark Fate. No one gave this movie a chance. It's got top notch reviews. It might not be the first 2. But it was better than the last 2. Things people didn't like about it.

1.) John Connor got terminated after the events of T2 at the beginning of the movie.
2.) John Connor was replaced with Dani Ramos
3.) It's not T1 or T2

Other than that, the movie got a really good score in the reviews. Just no one went to see it in theaters.
