the most reasonable theorists will point the finger at the people who control the trade routes, particularly the sea lanes as the people who really control the way things are done in the world.

buckminster fuller calls them the great pirates in operating manual for spaceship earth, asserting that the same families have been at it, setting up puppet monarchies and playing both ends from the middle in times of war. fuller believed the great pirates became extinct with the rise of democracy following the american and french revolutions, but i contend that they just morphed into the rothschild morgan cartel and a perpetual war machine.

whether they are under the telepathic control of any aliens is not something i care to speculate on.
