I’ve gotten back into doing this a few months ago besides my regular work outs. First couple of days it hurts to even eat. So every morning I wake up before coffee I do twenty and it warms me up for the day. So then I watched a video from a photographer I liked and he said every time he uses the bathroom at home he does 10 push ups. I turned that idea into the wheel. After photography all day Saturday I stayed home Sunday and ended doing 95 up and downs on the wheel. I really struggled to get 20 done this morning. The benefits are that ALL my back pains are gone! I’ve gotten my stomach muscles so strong it puts very little strain on my back. I highly recommend for people with back pains.
