They can track the pay phone. We did it a few times before and then a cop car showed up..

Well I wouldn't expect you to call 911 from a payphone and stay there to wait for the cops.

Why would they want to go into a closet together in the first place?
Maybe they were having too much fun screwing around & causing trouble with that phone.
Probably. Kids like to cause mischief and forget about the consequences sometimes

Actually now that I think about it, one my friends was pretty touchy feely with his female cousin back in high school. Especially when we were swimming in the pool at their apartments. They both lived in the same apartment complex.
