The best part of that video - other than Rand Paul asking the question, "How can you show up to work with a straight face?" - was trying to understand the EEOC rep's tortured logic in response. Quoting from the video:

“Most individuals who get discriminated against in the hiring process do not know that they’ve been discriminated against because employers usually do not say that they’ve been discriminated against.”

Now, I know I've slagged on Rand Paul over the years....but damn if he ain't on target with his follow-up response to that quote there. Remind me again just exactly what our tax dollars provide us?
