The first thing that I’ve been noticing that’s enjoyable today is that there’s sunshine today and it’s pretty hot too. I love spring and summer! Been wearing a skirt and t-shirt today too! Also, my feet are much better today with Eucerin, the medicinal cream that my GP has prescribed for me a few days ago. So, what have you done for yourself today? This is a new therapy that I’m currently doing is noticing the good and positive things in life only, and omitting the negative and listing them called DBT and mindfulness. Been wanting to share with my dearest online family.
 
Today, I had some time for myself. Later, I will do my daily brisk walking routine. Then, I will cook a happy meal for myself and be shared to rest of my family members.
 
I take care of myself as much as I can daily. My mental health is always my priority so I run away from toxicity and chaos
