Traditional Chinese Dragon

I've been working on an Axis Powers Hetalia 100 themes challenge and finally finished my first picture. I wanted to draw China (Personified human character of the country) and used this as a good excuse to draw a traditional Chinese dragon! I've been drawing dragons for years but I'll let you know I'm still shaky and new at drawing humans. His body looks really funky to me but I already inked it before I noticed! Haha... Hope it's not too bad.

I was pretty happy with the dragon but the arm of the dragon looks a bit awkward and the position of Yao/China. That'll bug me too much if I try to color it, haha! I'll probably draw something similar specifically for digital coloring though! I could see it fitting in soft or painting like coloring if I tweak the positions. I have the picture planned perfectly in my head... It's so hard to get it on paper.
