Trash Day

What day of the week does your trash/garbage/rubbish/whatever-you-call-it get picked up in your neighborhood? Do you ever forget to put it out?



Its Tuesday here. I forgot last time and I have too much garbage bags to deal with at the moment. I know if I fill up the bin too much they will refuse service that day and leave it there.

We don't have garbage/trash picked up here where I live. You have to take your garbage/trash yourself to the town dump. They are open Tuesdays and Saturdays. It costs $2 per 13 gallon bag you are dumping. Not only that, we have to seperate the following which all go into different recycle bins:

• Newspaper
  
• Cardboard
  
• Plastic containers
  
• Aluminium cans
  
• Glass containers
  
• Shredded paper

Any wonder why I hate to go to the dump?

Usually on a Thursday. And tend to just leave it by the sideway so we don't have to move it later.
