The Travel Security Administration (TSA) has lifted a ban on various items previously deemed as hazardous carry-on luggage, NBC News reported. Effective 25 April, the new regulations will allow for a greater emphasis on higher-threat items, such as explosives, and the TSA hopes the increased lenience will decrease the screening process in airports. Among the newly allowed items are knives that are less than 2.36in and less than 1.5in wide. Click through to see what else you’re now allowed to take on board.

I would think more people carry knives than they do explosives. I truly don't understand why they are allowing these items, which could hurt or kill a person, to be brought on the plane.

lol Once again the TSA proves just how useless they are at providing security if they really think this is not gong to affect their effectiveness at preventing tragedy aboard an air plane. Then again, it's not like they been effective at anything other then providing an constant source of amusement and embarrassment whenever these geniuses decides to feel up a disabled person or a child like they are a terrorist because as we all know these are the kind of people who take down airplanes.
