For those people with heart conditions, they need to lessen or remove salt on their diet. It can cause water retention.
 
Salt is like a silent poison but I dislike foods that does not have the required amount of salt and that's why many times I take pickle with my food
 
Yes, salt taken too much can raise ones BP. So it is always advised to take Sali in moderation
 
I actually have the habit to add salt on almost every thing I have in meal like salad, even in curd and I also take pickle with food so I really need to be careful about it
