Username colour and icon beside it | Xenforo

How do I change Username's colour and put an icon to it? I've searched the Xenforo forum but can't find any simple answer that I can understand.
Do I need to install any addon to workout?

The best thing to remember is to use Google to search for things. So like for this, search "XenForo Icon Next to username".

IPB has a plugin for that and it's easy to add in the CSS code
