A simple walk of half-an-hour duration in the morning and evening is better than joining a gym for fitness, I think.
 
I take a 30-45 min morning walk along the river side every morning.

That's what I'm doing now as Im trying to lose weight so I walk both morning and night
 
I like brisk walking every day. I usually do it for 30 minutes to an hour outdoors. If not, I will just walk in a stationary way.
 
Its the best form of exercise for everyone and it does not require any money and experience
