Do you ever go for a walk? (for exercise or just to get out of the house)

Where do you walk to?

I walk round the local woods.

I also go to alot of historic sites, walk around them and the near by landcapes. Very often take my camera too.

I never go for a walk, but I'm not afraid to go somewhere on foot if it saves me gas money.

I need to bring my iPod though.

I don't usually, but when I do, I go across the field next to the gully and down to the beach (5min), along the beach (8min) and then up and around the block back home (14min). All up about 27minutes in total, depending how fast or slow I go.

Sometimes I go for a walk in my lunch break. Or I walk to get somewhere specific. Walking really helps clear my head and chill me out if I'm stressed out, so sometimes I'll go to the shop just cause I need a walk.

I walk to and from school on the weekdays, and do a light 20 minute walk down the street on the weekends.

I haven't gone walking for a while (too darn cold) I do love walking though. We live on a country lane and I love to just walk down the road to Mom's. Sometimes I go for walks in the woods, or just walking through the yard to see what is happening with the flowers and gardens.

I walk to school and the mall sometimes.

I try to walk every day. Sometimes with my pain levels I can only handle walking for about 10 minutes. Sometimes I'll go on a two hour long walk.

Before my head injury I walked EVERYWHERE. I walked almost 4 hours a day, to and from work plus I worked at a restaurant so I was on my feet all day. I loved walking and still kind of do. Unfortunately, now with the pain I can only walk for so long before my hips & knees start to hurt.

I don't walk as I am housebound.

It's great. I am agoraphobic and don't like being amongst people.

I still haven't started walking, even though I always say I will and know I need to.

It seems like I'm all talk and no action lately.

Walks around the neighbourhood are a main form of exercise for me, at least between April and October. Gets too cold and/or snowy after that. Not to mention it gets dark early, making it hard to walk after work like I usually do. I might still go for the odd walk on weekends when I go in earlier. Even in winter, if there's not too much snow and ice about and the temperature isn't below zero, I will sneak one in.

I walk all the time. Hour in the morning, hour at night every day when I can and not working.

I love doing 3 mile hikes when the weather is good!

I used to (mainly as an excuse to play Pokemon Go), but I do enough walking at work between my regular shifts + overtime that I'm exceeding step goals by a considerable number.

I walk everywhere, go to the store or just to get out of the house for a bit...but I rather walk to get around.

Oh, man.

Ever-since i got my steptracker, I have been going nuts about walking... and I have been putting up some very good numbers, too.

As to where I go... everywhere! If I can reach it on foot, then I'm going. It's amazing how much that has helped my physical and emotional health, as well as reconnected me with my undying love for music.

I don't walk in my neighborhood, but I'll walk around at work because the hospital campus is really pretty and there's plenty of places to walk around the area. It hurts a lot, though, most days. I really need to keep walking. I'm going to try now that it's getting cooler.
