Prosciutto with Melon
It's strange, but there's something about the sweet juiciness of melon that mixes so wonderfully with the salty pork-taste of the prosciutto. It was started by the Italians but has spread all over as a wonderfully weird summer appetizer. You can also try adding mozzarella to this combination to make it taste even better. Any kind of melon will work, from watermelon to cantaloupe.
