Well. Today. I said "I love you" to my wife by:
Fixing the drain to the tub and sink in the upstairs bathroom.
Nothing quite says that than snaking out a sewer line and removing the stinking glop hair clog that had stopped it up.

It seems she has become quite fond of having indoor plumbing that is functional.
Fortunately, so far, I've been able to keep this 70 year old house operational by myself.
