I remember when I was younger I asked my mom if her and my dad planned on having me or not and she stopped and thought about it for a while.. Then she told me I was a 'wonderfully special surprise'. I have to admit she handled the situation pretty well. I think most parents would just lie and say that they did in fact plan on having a child even if it isnt true.

After my mom had her second child, my sister, the doctor told her that she couldn't have anymore kids. However, she did, and that would be me! She said that they were praying for another child though, but since the doctor said she couldn't have anymore kids, she naturally wasn't expecting me.

I was planned. My mum always wanted a little girl, so when she found out she was expecting with me and that I was a girl, she and my dad were over the moon.
