What anti-virus do you use?

What antivirus are you using to defend against unwanted viruses, adware and malware entering your machine? Kindly share if this is free or if you have bought the software. I use Malwarebytes Premium and have my bill came to £29.99 for 1 year of subscription.

I use AVAST but also have Malwarebytes when I get worried but that's rare because I'm a pretty safe surfer. I think LOL

I use McAfee because it comes included in my internet package, so might as well use it right? It is definitely a premium version though because it has all of the bells and whistles imo.

I use a premium version of BitDefender, it is quite expensive so I will look at other options next time it is due to renewal. Overall I am very happy with it and it has not let me down. The package I have has licences for 10 devices, so it allows me to help a couple of other people out, such as my parents, by setting up AV on their machines.

Windows Defender that's always built into the OS Me I use freeware like avast and also not want to use anti-software that eats up so much of your system like McAfee. And my router as builtin paid based firewall

I just use the free version of Avast. It's done a somewhat good job for me so far. I've never thought of changing it because I have no idea who I would go with. Does anyone actually have any good suggestions for free alternatives?

dump that junk and just use malwarebytes if nothing else.

For me, I use bit defender and malwarebytes, seems like a solid protection.

You could try the free version of AVG? I would normally use that if my internet package didn't include McAfee.
