Are you a cuisine connoisseur or Sandwich maker?🤔which areas of cooking you think you are the best?

I love baking and making desserts.

I have been cooking since I was 10 years old. My Mom, Stepdad, Grandma, and Great-grandmother all had me in the kitchen with them cooking and prepping during the holidays, just so that I would learn how to cook, and that skill came in handy this past Turkey Day.. and my husband and brother can cook their asses off too..

But while my back issues keep me from running around the kitchen like Gordon Ramsay, I still prep and delegate (read: become a culinary drill sargeant lol) what's needed and as a result, we knocked our first Turkey Day (as homeowners and cooking for ourselves) out of the park.. and we are already planning Christmas and New Years as well.

And, especially the day after.

This is a big reason why we didnt hesitate to freeze our food after Turkey Day.
I believe this too. A reason i love leftover food, so many dishes are way better the next day, and also when you are more relaxed you do enjoy it more especially if you are the one cooking.

I've never been skilled in the kitchen, but after I bought an air fryer I've become quite the expert. I love making steaks and porkchops.

Making a mess. I hate cooking, but I suppose I can cook simple things like fish or eggs, rice, pasta/noodles.
