A Kindle and some money, that's it. Most of my family has accepted now that I don't do Christmas. I'm fine with people celebrating it, I just politely ask they leave me out of it. I don't consider myself religious, therefore I don't feel it's right of me to celebrate it. Additionally, money is tight this year, and I hate the fact that Christmas basically creates a guilt-tripped obligation to buy people things because it's the social norm. If I want to buy somebody a gift, I buy them a gift. Regardless of what time of year it is, and I never expect anything in return.

I got 6 Bauble heads of Beavis and Butthead, Raiden from Mortal Kombat, Wolverine, Spider-Man, and Iron-Man from Marvel Comics. I got a used copy of the Amazing Spider-Man film, and this Marvel Comics Banner thing.

Very well said and I cannot agree with you more!

We were extremely tight this year due to all the moving around, and yet this was one of the best holidays we've had in years! We actually got to decorate our house this year, and I was really happy with what I was able to get for my family.

I do not deserve anything that I got this year! One of the many was a Nintendo Wii, no joke. There was also a couple of games with that including Mario Galaxy, Super Paper Mario (wanted to play that for years), Animal Crossing City Folk, and a Sonic game for the DS. I got a card album for my rare Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, 10$ Neocash card, and a Megaman t-shirt.

Also Silent Hill 4. Silent Hill 4 guys.

I am going to have nightmares, but in a good way I suppose. I got to open that present early so I had a couple of days to work on that game, and I somehow made it to the forest world without having a heart attack, haha. I don't know how I'm going to get any farther than the hospital world. My father played this game when I was very young, and those parts of the game still haunt me. << Wish me luck?

@Kuri: Good luck with the game! I'm sure you deserved everything you received for Christmas. Made me smile that you got to decorate your house this year. Let's hope the moving around is over now.

I didn't get anything per-si except for one-hundred and fifty-dollars, however, I used that to buy anywhere between ten to thirteen PS3 games, which is much more than what I could ask for, so I am happy with it.

Late reply but still. The best thing I got was the Motorolla RAZRi phone and Call of Duty BO2.
