On occasion, For fun I look at the packaging to see what city / state or country the food was manufactured.

Yes it took me 10 days to reply to this for some reason xD But yeah, I tend to mostly read the packaging for allergy information and stuff... But even with that, it's hard to do with certain products because a lot of things I get from my pharmacy (including the choco-pies) are all in Cyrillic. xD

Also learned today the timing I need to replace certain things for my C-Pap! I keep forgetting I need to change the filter every other week... oops. That's probably not helping me.
Also! Turns out companies that do in-home health aids also help with in-home physical therapy sometimes.
