I collect books. I'm a book nerd, according to my hubby. I also collect Harry Potter stuff. Other than that, I can't think of anything that I collect.

Handguns only or rifles too?
I only purchase handguns, mainly 9mm pistols. They're easier to take apart and clean after every use.
Nice choice. For my job, we carry the Sig Sauer P229.
Not bad. I may consider getting one if I can find a store that sells them.
I'm in the market for a brand new gun. All there is in my little town are pawn shops. So I'd have to drive 2 hours to somewhere else just to find one.
Had no idea pawn shops were even allowed to sell guns. That's one hell of a ride you have to take to find a store.
Oh yeah. There's a lot of them where I live. The one I go to is "Hometown Gun & Pawn LLC". I guess I could order it. The problem with ordering is I have no idea when I'd ever see it. The owner at the store said that he can order new guns and then I sign the paperwork on it when it comes in.
That sure is a lot of pawn shops you've got there. Can I ask how much the P229 Legion is selling for?
According to Sportsman's Warehouse, it's going for $1,200.00 and the kicker is they're sold out everywhere.

I think the shortage of firearms goes in with the ammunition shortage. When the pandemic hit, every dick and jane went out and armed up at the altars of Smith and Wesson. We won't see more ammunition until 2022. Even if you find it in your local store, there is a chance they will limit how much you can buy. That's damn frustrating.
I have 16, and I love fender and Gibson.
