What flavor of ice cream do you wish existed?

What flavor of ice cream do you wish existed? I honestly don't eat it a lot, so don't have any flavor in mind! I am just curious about you guys.​

I feel like there are so many different flavors of ice cream now that it is difficult to think of a flavor that does not exist. I did notice someone posted cinnamon in the thread further up and I can't say I have ever had that flavor. I do like cinnamon flavored things though so I wonder how ice cream of that flavor would be.
