What happens when a man pretends to be homeless and gives money to passers by?

Can you share your thoughts on how these people acted towards the homeless man?
I believe the line in the video explained it all...(paraphrased) 'It's socially acceptable for the rich to give money...because it's acceptable to show others how much better those with money are'. And, in case those withOUT money don't *get* it, we'll point it out to them..."That's a Benz, bro...a C-Class!" "Fuck YOU!!! I don't need YOUR money!"

*Odd*. In the very limited social experiment, only the white woman and the Asian guy got it.

Score one for human nature, at its *finest*.

From my side we just have an overrun of beggars so I don't pay them much attention but if something like this was to happen I think I would do the same as some of them in giving him some cash. BTW what was the black card that last guy was talking about that he had?

I was quite honestly surprised at how these people reacted toward this supposed homeless man. You can just see the unwarranted offense spewing from their entire beings. What a silly, silly thing to get so upset over. It makes me wonder what kind of people they think they are because surely from this reaction they are low life scum bags--the majority of them, anyway.

The reason they are so upset is they are filled up with pride and that they are hitting their ego by offering them money because it makes them think they look poor in the eyes of other and that doesn't agree with their ego that says they are rich and need nothing from no one. Another issue is they see their worth as being defined by what is in their wallet and see others worth as being based on their wallet too. The ones who weren't offended by the offer don't see their value as being based on their wealth so their ego isn't under attack because they were offered money by a poor man. They may still be filled with pride as it may just manifest itself elsewhere or that they can truly not have any. I cannot say either way based on this encounter. These people who became angry will say their way is right and that they are wise but to those with eyes to see will see them for the fools they are. Oh how blind these poor souls are and I hope one day they may be shown the light so they can turn from their pride filled ways and be filled with the joy and peace these poor souls so lack.
