Basically what advice would you give your past self on your 18th birthday about adulting if you could go back in time and do so?

You will find friends who love you. With deep self-awareness you will find something better than what you've always wanted. Hard work pays off, but smart work pays off forever.

People will love you, hate you, crucify you, and test you. Your job is to remain true to yourself and be the best version of yourself you can be. You have a purpose. You will fulfill it in time.

Most importantly: Live one day at a time, one moment at a time, and one small fruitful joyous event at a time.

I didn't know adulthood Is a scam. you need to work and work more to meet all your bills..it can be tiring

I didn't know that when you become an adult, that not only would you have to pay your bills but you would have to be paying bills for family members that are distant too.
