What ruined my day: I got into a small fender-bender

The things that made my day and ruined my day are very similar. I came home yesterday to find that my Kindle was broken, the screen was frozen and there was nothing that could be done to fix it. I talked to customer support on Amazon, and they were so nice. They sent me a new Kindle free of charge (not even shipping). I'll be getting it the 25th
