I woke up with my dog looking at me as I woke, nothing like having your pal getting you up before the alarm.

I reconnected with my childhood friend on Instagram today. It's been over 20 years since we lost contact and how he managed to seek me out on Instagram is still a mystery. I was very happy hooking up with him again.

I always feel happy whenever I'm drinking my favourite beer and it's exactly what I'm doing right now. I'm drinking my Heineken and watching football.

This is so very true because as long as your still on this side of our soil and not under the other part of the soil, you have every reason to have a smile on your face.
