Some people, tend to get up at a set time each morning and that is a routine for them but some people tend to sleep and wake when they do meaning that they have a different wake-up time each day.
When my kids are in school tend to wake around 7 am so I know they get to school on time and I can get things done throughout the day. On a weekend and if my kids are on a school holiday I will sleep a little later and wake around 9.30 am - 10 am depending on how well I slept that night.
