What time is too late for a concert to start?

What time do you think is too late for a concert to begin?

I would say 9 pm is too late for a concert to start. I guess that is because whenever I have been to a concert in the past which is quite a few times, the start time has always been between 7.30 pm and 8 pm to finish at around 9.30 pm - 10 pm or sometimes 10.30 pm.

Wouldn't make sense to make it too late especially if you had to travel to be at the concert and want to get home instead of paying for a hotel.

It is too late for them to start with an hour delay. However, we cannot blame them. They might be trying to sell more tickets for the big concert.
