What was the best gift?

Hmm honestly when my parents paid for my college. That was an amazing gift and I am forever grateful. The reason why it was the best gift is because I was able to get educated and when I was done school I didn't have to worry about being in debt.
There are many gifts I consider the best, mostly because of their meaning and who they came from, rather than their price.
If I had to pick one, it would be a makeup set I received in my 20s. It included everything from mascara to eyeshadows, lipsticks, eyeliners, blush, brushes, and a few more items. It was a Lancôme brand.
At that time, I couldn't afford anything like that, and I hardly had any makeup.
Being at an age where you appreciate such things more, it was the best gift at that time .
