I've had food poisoning a couple of times and it's awful. Makes you feel absolutely horrendous and tremendously dehydrated. Thankfully it passes and then with plenty of fluids you can get back up and running again, but it's awful while it's happening!
It can be a terrible experience. You can't be able to do anything at all as long as you are experiencing that kind of challenge. I had to fix an emergency doctor's appointment with my doctor when I experienced that.
Yes, vomiting and having gouts of diarrhea because it made me so sick.
Agreed, it's absolutely horrible!
