When your ex talks bad about you on social media or in real life, what do you do?

Do you take action or remain stoic?

I talk about about my ex. I don't care if she talks bad about me.

Same. I'm currently going through my 2nd divorce. I plan on just staying single for awhile this time around. We quit getting along and she was always annoyed with me about something one way or another.

I echo what Bawse said. All my relationships have ended poorly, though I only badmouth one of my exes due to the way we ended.

I try to be in good terms with all my exes, but I'd absolutely retaliate if any of them started spreading falsehoods about me. That said, I usually don't care what they say or do, as long as it isn't libel.

It is way too easy to destroy a person's reputation these days, and without any actual evidence to back up such claims.
