With whom do you typically discuss private matters?

The only person that I talk to when I have personal issues is my mom. Since she died two years ago, I do not have anyone to talk to about these issues privately. At some point, I shared them online, and some virtual friends can give their advice wholeheartedly. It is better than telling these things to friends offline.
