Woman tasers boyfriend for ignoring calls

A Florida woman has been arrested for allegedly using a stun gun on her boyfriend because he ignored her telephone calls.

The 28-year-old was arguing with her boyfriend over his refusal to answer her phone calls when she pulled out the stun gun and zapped him in his side.

"She continued to stun the victim as he was trying to get away from her," a police report read after the woman was arrested for misdemeanour battery.

The couple, residents of Fort Walton Beach, had reportedly been seeing each other for two years. They are expecting a child together.
