What are some challenges, difficulties, and hardships you’ve overcome or are working to overcome?

How can what you learned help others?

Mostly for me anxiety and depression and various stuff I worry about. I try usually to push myself and do stuff anyway even if it freaks me out. Not always but try to. Usually feel better after.

I've been overcoming lots of things... Lately health stuff. My advice: Don't wait to get appointments you need, and make sure to ask lots of questions! I just found out today that compliance periods with c-pap doesn't work the way my dad's compliance period did decades ago... It's no longer based on an average. So I'm doomed. :'D

Other things i've overcome/am overcoming:
-Loss of family members (whether by abandonment or death)
-Breakup with someone extremely important to me (still sorta working on it but getting there)
-Losing friends (okay this is a constant battle lmao)
-Trying to get new tech to work...

I overcame my ex wife and her family by getting a divorce. That was an achievement. :p
Well I hope you’re at least happier now.

Aw I’m sorry you’re going through all that. *sends healing ferrets*

Some of it is just ongoing stuff and whatnot. The health stuff is the most annoying though since it's "you need even more doctors now" and stuff. Going to an orthopedist for the first time next week and in April I see a hematologist which I've also never had to see until now. :'D

I know how that feels. They keep adding more doctors for me too.
