Worst Mistake

As admins or webmasters, we can all make mistakes from time to time. What was the worst mistake that you made on one of your sites? Did you regret it immediately or did you only realise it was a mistake later on?

I've gone in a few times and deleted something on the backend that took down my site, can't be an admin without doing that at least once ?

Not good. I've made the mistake of messing around with my previous forums without having recent backups available as well. Not a smart thing to do because it's deadly if you make a mistake

As long as the ACP or server back end is available after the mistake, it can be fixed so long as nothing was hard deleted. I always copy what I replace in case I need to revert.
