What is the most physical pain you've ever endured?

last year, woke up at about 2am with a serious abdominal pain, it kept getting worse until I fainted and fell on the floor.
I came around after about one minute but my wife had called emergency for an ambulance. By the time they arrived the pain was gone and follow up checks ups found nothing. weird....

When I fell on ice and broke my left wrist and tore the tendon in my right ankle.

I've broken a bone before, and while that hurt, I'm seconding stomach pain.  Only mine comes from cramps caused by endometriosis.  I nearly passed out at school once and had to be escorted to the student health center a few blocks away by two very lovely ladies.

ruptured disc.............endured it for months til i got operated on...........the coming round from the op was the most painful...ended up having a morphine shot.......nurses got me sat on the edge of the bed when the surgeon came in and with help from the head nurse lifted me to my feet...........if it hadnt hurt so much id have punched him lol............was driven home from the hospital and every bump hurt, not afraid to say i cried all the way home

Ohhh i forgot. Dislocated hip.

Happens sometimes and it is agony.
