Yeah definitely robots,they do think that robots will be taking over the world,by taking everyone's jobs.Robotic, at least we can EMP them

It certainly wouldn't surprise me if it does exist, we're constantly creating new technology to adapt to the world around us, so surely EMPs are the same, defenses against them.
