Yahoo! Answers has been useful to me on several occasions. Most frequently, too, when I'm searching for a link to watch Doctor Who online.

When I google something, one of those yahoo answers pages usually pops up. Sometimes they are helpful and sometimes not.

When there is a link to them on Google but most of the time it is not helpful.

It's just a trolls paradise. They're everywhere and it's full of people trying to get you to view their website.

I don't ask questions there, or answer them, but lots of times when I google questions stuff comes up. I don't take anything seriously unless they have a decent source, though..

I actually did cause I wanted to rate a comment and it said I had to ask some questions first, which was really stupid. So I made some questions up, one was How long do you suppose it will take for homosexuals to be accepted by this world?

Which I got a bunch of different answers and they were all good, I couldn't pick a best answer. One of my forum friends made a comment, it was funny.



I also made a post What age is it okay to tell someone your gay I got some interesting answers on that one, as well as some evil troll putting their bible BS into it and not relating to the topic at all ( I reported it as abuse and it vanished immediately.)



I also made a thing about Have you heard of kya dark lineage? which got no answers, no surprise there.

I am aware of Yahoo Answers, but I am not too keen on the format, nor the inane spammers etc.



I much prefer to Google for information as the need arises.

Well if I can't find something on google, I'll then ask it in Y answers, and then find questions I can answer for points so I can continue the process.
