Do you practice yoga and meditation? I don't do yoga and meditation every day but practice yoga and meditation once in a while. While yoga helps my body to relax, meditation helps my mind to relax. I once attended 6 weeks yoga and meditation class and ever since I have been trying to make yoga and meditation my regular habit.
 
I've never done either before. I suppose I'd try meditation.
 
I've tried a little bit of both through the Calm app. Trying to get back into it since I did find it did help me.
 
I should probably get into yoga, it might help with my back pain.
