Hi Friends,

Once we have contract for Texmaco cements, we have to collect their mail and deliver it to Chennai next day. But we have failed to deliver it on next day due to holiday, but they are waiting for the mail. The mail contains the Railway Receipts, if they cannot clear their shipment in time they have to bear the demurrage for that. AT last the recipient of the RRs search our boys house at Chennai and collected the RRs and from that day they have stopped using our service due to delay. Then we understand the urgency of the delivery of the RRs in time.
