How long does it take you to drive home from work?

Is there any interesting stuff that you drive by each day?

What do you usually think about on your drive home from work?

10 - 20 minutes. I can usually get to work in 10 minutes in the morning. 20 minutes to get home because there is traffic in the afternoons.

Not really. Just typical stuff you'd see in any city. Houses, schools, parks, stores, a hospital, restaurants, gas stations, etc.

What do you usually think about on your drive home from work?

I usually think about what I am going to do when I get home.

There is a few activities I usually do when I get home:

-Get on my exercise machines
-Get on here and post
-Tidy up the house or do some yard work
-Go to the movies
-Watch TV
-Take a nap

The longest drive home I ever routinely did was over 60 miles, and because of traffic, would sometimes take an hour and a half. I remember one time sitting in the van on the approach to a major bridge for about half an hour while an accident on the bridge was pushed to one side to allow the traffic to squeeze by. I worked up there for about six months. It wasn't worth the drive for the job.

The shortest drive I ever had was about three blocks, but I had to drive it because I needed the tools and stuff in the van.

As far as scenery, usually I just wanted to get home and didn't sight see.

Same for thinking.

To drive home from work is a different story. Takes me anywhere between 15-30 minutes depending on traffic/accidents, etc. Since I live in a pretty centralized location, I have a lot of options to get home instead of the freeway. Takes about 10 minutes to get there since I leave at around 6:30 am.

I live 4 minutes away from my workplace. It's an easy drive.

Yikes, sounds like a nightmare. I am not a commuter. Seems like its part of the culture here. I know lots of people who spend half their lives stuck in traffic just to earn a living. Not for me.

Nice!
