Mine would be : 100% pure lavender-eucalyptus essential oils. A classic and the only one I'll use and I'm used to it for years. I've tried several scents before finding the one that calms me down and helps me sleep better and etc. And you personally? Have you tried aroma therapy yet or not personally? And if yes, what are your most favourite scents for aroma therapy in your opinion?
