Cinnamon, curry, saffron, garlic and turmeric for me personally. And you personally?

Oregano, basil, rosemary, ginger, pepper, and garlic.

We try to mix it up. Turmeric, cumin, garlic, onion. Helps to give a different flavor to dishes, even if it’s the same dish. We have a recipe to create the Emeril's version of Essence that we use the most.

When I am cooking, I always have ground pepper and garlic. They do spice up whatever I am cooking in the kitchen.
