Your last best vacation

When was your last best vacation? Where did you actually go? What did you do to spice up your vacation.

Egypt a few years back.



Don't normally have a beach holiday but lazying around for 2 weeks was awesome.



Also went quad biking in the desert, star gazing with the Bedouins also cooked and smoked with them

went on a glass bottomed boat trip etc etc

Paris last year, simply because it was the first vacation me and my girlfriend spent together. We also had already seen the major landmarks in previous trips, so we were free to explore.

Probably the South of Wales two years ago. It was sunny and hot and I got the chance to see my Welsh relatives there... Well it was sunny and hot for half the holiday, otherwise it was raining

Last year. We went to the beach and stayed in this nice condo unit. The condo had an indoor swimming pool and hot tub on our floor, and then on the 12th, they had a tennis room. Really cool, because you could see through the walls because they where all glass. Then, the condo is rather luxurious, so most of the people who owned a unit there don't rent their condo unit out to people, but we found one of the few being rented. So yeah, it was like having our own place for a week, plus the beach. Very relaxing and totally awesome.

The last time we went on vacation was actually a business trip to Chicago. My son went with me--he was 12--and had a ball. That was the most enjoyable for me--watching his excitment.
