I am absolutely SICK of youtube crapping out, throwing up errors like catch phrases at a political rally, and simply NOT WORKING more often than not.

It used to be the best thing going, now, it SUCKS.

Between idiotic ads and stuff not working (but the commercials ALWAYS work!), I've had enough.

from now on, if I can fine what I want on ANYTHING else, I'm using it instead of DeadTube. Or should we call it, NoTube?

Dumbtube? ErrorTube? GoogleTookAGoodThingAndblankedItUpTube......

I've got it.

A bit long, but ... ... it promises greatness, delivers nothing most of the time, and ends up getting in the way of actual progress.

yeah, i never really have any issues with youtube either, on my phone or laptop...

maybe it's your computer there doc?

though i do agree that youtube went down hill with google buying it and putting all this stupid crap on the videos and such... but hey, it's free... for now at least...

There's an alternative named ZippCast. It recreates what YT used to be before it went downhill.

I use an average of three DIFFERENT machines on any given day. One is XP, one is 7, and one is.... I don't remember if it is XP or not, I think so.

All on cable broadband, one wired, two on good wifi.

And this morning, by actual test, out of Ten youtube videos posted on Off Topix, four errors on replay, two that stalled, and four others that played as advertised.

Of the handful of Daily Motion videos I've tried, one took awhile to load, but then there was no problem.

it could be your internet timing out...

that happens to everyone though...
